We currently ship to most cities and towns across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you during the checkout process or after order placement.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Ready-to-ship jewellery: Dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation.
  • Customized or made-to-order jewellery: Dispatched within 7–12 business days, depending on product complexity.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier partner availability.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above a specified value (as updated on our website).
  • For orders below the threshold, a nominal shipping charge will be added during checkout.

4. Packaging and Handling

All jewellery is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure product safety during transit. Our shipments include:

  • The ordered item(s)
  • Tax invoice
  • Jewellery certification (if applicable)
  • Warranty/Guarantee card (if applicable)

5. Delivery Confirmation

Customers are required to inspect the package at the time of delivery. Please do not accept delivery if:

  • The outer packaging is damaged or tampered
  • The seal is broken

6. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
