Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers of SKA Sundar may cancel their orders or request a refund. This applies to services including DigiGold saving, buying, and selling, as well as online jewellery purchases. By using our platform, you agree to the conditions detailed below.

1. DigiGold Transactions

Cancellation

  • DigiGold transactions are processed in real-time based on live market rates.
  • Once a DigiGold buy or sell order is placed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund

  • DigiGold purchases are non-refundable.
  • Once the transaction is completed and digital gold is allocated to your account, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Jewellery Orders

Cancellation

  • You may cancel a standard jewellery order within 12 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Orders for customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Refund

  • If cancellation is made within the permitted time and the order has not been shipped, a full refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  • If the product has already been dispatched, the order may not be cancelled but may be eligible for return, subject to our return policy.

3. Return and Replacement (Jewellery Only)

  • Returns are only accepted if the jewellery item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.
  • The return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must include all tags, certificates, and invoice.

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return.
  • Any item returned without proper documentation will not be accepted.

4. Refund Method and Processing Time

  • All approved refunds will be made to the original payment method (bank account, card, UPI, etc.).
  • Once processed, refunds will be completed within 7 to 10 working days.
  • SKA Sundar is not liable for any delay caused by banking institutions or third-party payment processors.

5. Disclaimer for Third-Party Misuse

  • SKA Sundar, including its website developers and partners (Amigoways Technologies), is not responsible for fraudulent transactions carried out by third-party users, unauthorized agents, or scam links.
  • Financial loss due to unofficial payment gateways, phishing websites, or fake customer support contacts.
  • Any legal claims, losses, or damages arising from third-party misuse of the platform.
